Distance Selling - Your Right to Cancel:
If you place an order with us by email, fax, telephone or post, you will have a short time in which you may cancel. For standard products you have up to 7 (seven) working days after the goods are delivered to cancel your order. For other goods (which are made to your order), you have up to 7 (seven) days from placing your order to let us know if you have changed your mind. If you do wish to cancel, please let us know IN WRITING (by fax, email or post). If we receive notice of cancellation after the goods have been delivered, you will need to ensure that they are returned to us in the same condition in which they were delivered. Goods can be returned by courier, or other means where appropriate. Please note that these cancellation rights will not apply to goods made to specialist requirements - e.g. where you have requested unusual dimensions, materials or features, etc..
